CertFlow exists because compliance software was either a spreadsheet or an enterprise monster. We built the system we wished we'd had on the tools.

UK inspection firms carry an enormous compliance burden, lifting, pressure, electrical, fire, water, hazardous substances and more, and for years the only tools were a patchwork of spreadsheets, Word templates, paper certificates and email. It worked, until an audit, a lost certificate, or a missed examination proved that it didn't.

CertFlow brings the whole operation into one place: a single asset register, a guided way to generate compliant certificates, a calendar that schedules a year of recurring work, and an audit-ready compliance register you can hand to a regulator in seconds. We're a UK company, our data is UK-hosted, and we're built around the regulations our customers are actually measured against, not a generic checklist tool with a compliance label bolted on.

CertFlow was founded by Levi and Elliot to close the gap between spreadsheet chaos and enterprise compliance software, built hand-in-hand with the engineers and specialists who actually do the work.

Levi Hough

Co-Founder & Commercial Director

Levi co-founded CertFlow and runs the commercial side of the business: pricing, partnerships and product direction. CertFlow grew out of the UK lifting and inspection world, where compliance was wrestled into spreadsheets, paper certificates and disconnected tools at real cost in time and risk. Levi set out to build the opposite: one audit-ready system, priced transparently per user with no contracts, that earns its place by being genuinely useful rather than by locking firms in. He works hand-in-hand with the engineers and discipline consultants so that every feature reflects how the work is actually done on site.

Elliot Booth

Co-Founder & Sales Director

Elliot co-founded CertFlow and leads sales, and unusually for a software company he runs every demo himself. No SDR gatekeeping and no slide decks: Elliot sets up a live environment on your own asset types and branding, then walks you through a real compliance workflow from start to finish. That hands-on approach keeps him close to what inspection firms actually need, which feeds straight back into the roadmap. Book a demo and you are speaking to a founder.
