Why is there no price list?
Because one number cannot be honest for every firm. A three-engineer lifting outfit and a forty-engineer multi-discipline business need different things from us. Tell us what your firm needs using the quote form or a short call, and we will provide one fixed quote in writing.
What is always included, whatever the quote?
All fourteen compliance disciplines, unlimited assets, sites, companies and certificates, the mobile app with offline mode, free unlimited client portal logins, migration and onboarding, and UK-based support.
What drives the quote up or down?
Mainly how many engineers use the mobile app, which disciplines you run, and whether you want the CertFlow Network or the Growth Tools commercial pack. The quote form asks for these details, and you can choose Not sure where needed.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. CertFlow is a rolling monthly subscription. Cancel any time; your data stays exportable in full for the whole period your account is active.
Do you charge per asset or per certificate?
No. Assets, sites, companies and certificates are unlimited on every quote. Your subscription does not grow because your registers do.
What about migration, onboarding and bespoke templates?
Included. We migrate your data from your current system, with no asset limit and no volume cap, in five working days from receiving your export, and you do not pay until you have validated the migration. Your first bespoke template and engineer training are included too.

Is VAT included in the quote?
Quotes are stated excluding VAT. UK VAT is added at the prevailing rate on your invoice.
