Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. CertFlow is a rolling monthly subscription billed per active user. Cancel any time from the billing portal; your data stays exportable for the whole period your account is active.
What counts as a user?
An active user is anyone with a login, office staff, engineers or managers. Client-portal logins for your customers are free and unlimited.
Do you charge per asset or per certificate?
No. Every plan includes unlimited assets, sites, companies and certificates. You only pay per active user.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move between Core, Core + Network and Complete at any time; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. UK VAT is added at the prevailing rate on your invoice.
What about onboarding and bespoke templates?
Onboarding, data import and team training are included on every plan. Your first bespoke client template is typically included; further bespoke templates are quoted per job.
