How long does it take to get started?
Most firms run their first live inspection within a day. Bulk-import your assets from Excel, switch on your disciplines and invite your team. Onboarding support and your first bespoke template are included.
Does CertFlow work offline on site?
Yes. CertFlow is a Progressive Web App, installable on iOS and Android, that works fully offline. Engineers complete inspections on site and the system syncs automatically when a connection returns.
Where is my data hosted?
All data is hosted in the UK on encrypted infrastructure with daily backups, 99.9% uptime and full audit logging. CertFlow is GDPR compliant and your data is exportable in full at any time.
