How we keep this accurate.

Compliance content is only useful if it is right. Here is how we research, review, source and label everything we publish, and how we stay honest about our own product.

Reviewed by named specialists

Our discipline and regulation content is reviewed by qualified consultants whose expertise genuinely matches the subject. We never put a crane engineer’s name to a fire safety guide. Each reviewer’s credentials are published on our team page, and we only attribute a review where it is real.

Grounded in primary sources

Where we describe a duty or an interval, we link the source: the regulation on legislation.gov.uk, HSE guidance, or the relevant standard. Our discipline, guide and glossary pages carry a "Sources & official guidance" block so you can check the original, not just take our word for it.

Kept current, dated and caveated

Regulations and intervals change, and they are the part that must be accurate. Our downloadable guides carry a "last reviewed" date and a clear "general guidance, not legal advice" line. When the law moves, we update the content rather than leaving it stale.

Customer results, confirmed by customers

Every case study and testimonial is from a real CertFlow customer, attributed to the firm and, where they are happy to be named, to a named person in their own words. Figures are confirmed with the customer before we publish them. We do not invent quotes or metrics.

Clear about what is automated

Our knowledge base is an automatically published library that helps us cover common compliance topics at breadth. It is labelled as such and kept separate from the blog our team writes. We are transparent about which is which, so you always know who, or what, produced an article.

Honest about our own product

CertFlow helps you stay compliant; it does not transfer your legal duties. We say so. The duty to inspect, maintain and keep records remains with the duty holder, and we are careful not to claim otherwise anywhere on this site.
